Balabit Europe Ltd. is now looking for an experienced goal- and success-driven sales executive for the following position:
 
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
 
You will be responsible for the sales of Balabit solutions in various international markets. In this role you will work closely with our Channel Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Presales Engineers.
 
Main tasks:
  • Acquiring and qualifying new customers, managing existing relationships
  • Understand customers’ security needs and translate those needs into a deliverable solution
  • Present security concepts and solutions to the customer
  • Identify and close deals with corporate customers
  • Accurately forecast all territory business utilizing Salesforce.com
  • Develop business leading to profitability and growth
  • Handle leads coming from Balabit’s Marketing department
  • Support our partners’ sales activity in collaboration with the Channel Sales Manager
  • Support our project sales activity in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Initiate marketing campaigns together with the Marketing department
  • Represent Balabit at professional events
  • Contacting and qualifying leads and prospects by following-up the marketing campaigns and events
Requirements:
  • Being a target oriented, responsible and reliable person, who works well with team to achieve company and individual goals
  • Sales and goal driven personality
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Fluency in English (Italian language is an advantage)
  • Excellent business sense
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in selling IT solutions is an advantage
  • Presentation skill is a competitive advantage
