Inside Sales Representative - D-A-CH

BalaBit IT Security Deutschland GmbH is now looking for an experienced goal- and success-driven sales executive for the following position:
 
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (D-A-CH)

 
You will be responsible for the sales of Balabit solutions (syslog-ng, Shell Control Box, syslog-ng Store Box, Blindspotter) within the D-A-CH region. In this role you will work closely with our Channel Sales Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Presales Engineers.
 
Main tasks:
 
  • Acquiring and qualifying new customers, managing existing relationships
  • Understand customers’ security needs and translate those needs into a deliverable solution
  • Present security concepts and solutions to the customer
  • Identify and close deals with corporate customers
  • Accurately forecast all territory business utilizing Salesforce.com
  • Develop business leading to profitability and growth
  • Handle sales ready leads coming from Balabit’s Marketing department
  • Support our partners’ sales activity in collaboration with the Channel Sales Manager
  • Support our project sales activity in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager
  • Initiate marketing campaigns together with the Marketing department
  • Conduct Webinars for the DACH region
  • Represent Balabit at professional events
 
Requirements:
 
  • At least 3 years of sales experience selling complex software-based solutions such as network security solutions to medium and large enterprises
  • Excellent business sense
  • German native and fluency in English
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, handle objections, close deals, etc.
  • Being a target oriented, responsible and reliable person, who works well with team to achieve company and individual goals
  • Sales and goal driven personality
  • Willingness to travel
