Channel Sales Manager - PL, CZ, SK

Balabit IT Security Ltd. is now looking for an enthusiastic and success-oriented person to the following position:

CHANNEL SALES MANAGER for PL, CZ, SK regions

Main tasks:
  • Identify, acquire, evangelize, develop, educate, motivate channel partners in the territory (PL, CZ, SK)
  • Develop strategic, sales, marketing and technical level relationships with existing and new partners by regular visits and personal meetings in the region
  • Maintaining and executing channel development program
  • Setting up business cases, action plans, training programs and common annual goals with partners
  • Meeting annual sales growth targets
  • Establishing long term successful partnerships
  • Monitoring and reporting on pipeline forecast opportunities and activities
  • Maintaining the support renewal processes
  • Reporting on channel health KPIs
  • Identifying territory related blockers and enablers related to product strategy and development
  • Interacting with sales, presales and marketing departments

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years – proven - sales experience in channel development field, in the IT software sector ideally with security background
  • Strong knowledge of Polish and Czech market both customers and channel partners
  • Polish and English knowledge is a must
  • Czech or Slovak knowledge is an advantage
  • Proven track record of overachiever
  • Strong technical orientation combined with excellent business acumen
  • Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to network at high level and build strong business relationships
  • Target oriented, independent, responsible and reliable person
  • Sales and goal driven personality
  • Driving license
