Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a PAYROLL SPECIALIST who would like to join a young team with his/her dynamic personality and helpful attitude.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly payroll process, including data provision and control, for HU, UK, FR, D, US
  • Manage employee onboarding- and offboarding process from payroll perspective
  • Liaise with the different payroll companies and advisory firms on a daily basis
  • Being first point of contact regarding employee questions on payroll, benefits and general administration
  • Maintain employee records and compensation package details in relevant payroll files and timekeeping systems
  • Ensure accuracy of pay data in accordance with applicable laws
  • Administrative tasks regarding year-end closing/opening with regards to payroll
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly HR reports
  • Benefit systems coordination with external partners
  • Assistance in various HR projects
  • Work collaboratively with HR team to manage and implement processes

Requirements:
  • College or university degree in relevant field - payroll & social security diploma is an advantage
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll - international payroll experience is an advantage
  • Up to date knowledge of Hungarian labor law & PIT & social security legislation 
  • Confident intermediate level of English both oral and written
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • SAP HR module knowledge is an advantage
